Consent to Establish / No Objection Certificate

It involves making an application in a prescribed format to respective State Pollution Control Board along with required documents and scrutiny fees.

It is followed by physical inspection of the site and assessment of the environmental management system proposed so as to meet with the mandatory requirement prescribed by State pollution Control Board.

CC&A / CTO

Consolidated Consent And Authorization / Consent to Operate

Before starting / operating the activity. After getting NOC from the Board, the unit can start work related to start up the activity.

And before operating the activity, the permission in the form of Consolidated Consent & Authorization [CCA] [Consent to Operate] has to be obtained, under Water Act-1974, Air Act-1981 and Environment Protection Act, 1986 and its amendment.

Environmental Clearance

  • TOR application (Form-1 & Prefeasibilty report) to be submitted/uploaded on MoEFCC portal (Parivesh)
  • Receipt of acknowledgement regarding above stated application from MoEFCC portal
  • Scrutiny & essential details sought by Ministry / SEIAA/SEAC
  • Receipt of acceptance by Ministry/ SEIAA/SEAC for TOR process
  • Submission of hardcopy of application to Ministry/ SEIAA/SEAC
  • Invitation for presentation regarding the project to Ministry / SEAC
  • Additional details sought by Ministry / SEIAA/SEAC
  • TOR issuing by Ministry /SEIAA/SEAC for EIA/ EMP studies
  • EIA/EMP studies and draft report preparation as per the TOR
  • Draft EIA/EMP report and executive summary submission to GPCB for Public Consultation (if applicable)
  • Public Consultation/ Hearing (if applicable) to be conducted by SPCB/ GPCB
  • Final EIA/EMP report including public heraing minutes and executive summary
  • EC application (Form-2, EIA and related documents to be submitted/ uploaded on MoEFCC portal (Parivesh)
  • Receipt of acknowledgement regarding above stated application from MoEFCC portal (Parivesh)
  • Scrutiny & essential details sought by Ministry / SEIAA/SEAC
  • Receipt of acceptance by Ministry /SEIAA/SEAC for EC application
  • Submission of hardcopy of EC application / EIA EMP report to Ministry /SEIAA/SEAC
  • Invitation for EIA presentation / appraisal regarding the project to Ministry /SEAC

  • Recommendation by Ministry / SEAC for grant of Environmental Clearance
  • Grant of Environmental Clearance by Ministry /SEIAA
  • Providing Technical Guidance for Liaison with Authority.
  • Submission of compliance report to the Authority for the requirement given in EC with Monitoring and Analysis.
  • Certification of Registered Recycler.
  • Filling all online returns of GPCB.
  • Technical correspondence with the Authority for the compliance of the legal issues.
  • Environmental Study Reports For
    • EMP – The Environmental Management Plan (EMP) covers the design, construction, commissioning, and operation and maintenance phases of each project component. The EMP identifies the key environmental issues across the project and provides strategies and plans for managing them effectively.
    • Environmental Audit Report – Environmental audit reports are statutory documents and are issued after a statutory environmental audit of a property or site has been conducted under the Act.
    • Treatability ReportA treatability study is based on carefully designed laboratory-scale experiment that is intended to mimic full-scale conditions as closely as possible
    • EMS Adequacy Study Report –It is to develop and approve the environmental policy as a statement of commitment.
